Services available Independent Living Services (ILS) and Supportive Living Services (SLS): Divine Inclusions will assist all clients with an individualized plan with services tailored to their needs, likes, and dislikes. We target skills such as but not limited to self-care & self-advocacy, community resource awareness, cooking & meal prep, cleaning, home & community safety, medical & dental service access, financial management & literacy, recreation, shopping, emergency intervention, education & vocational, employment & entrepreneurship support, and volunteer support.
Divine Inclusions will assist Individuals to increase their level of independence in the home and in the community.
Divine Inclusions will offer employment and entrepreneurship services and training. We will assist clients with developing soft skills such as interpersonal skills, technical skills, and understanding employment and entrepreneurship goals and opportunities.
Community Integration Divine Inclusions will assist Individuals to pursue their interests out in the community.
Divine Inclusion will support and assist clients with their education goals.
Our caring staff is committed to helping each individual live more independently. We provide hourly support based on each person’s needs, and ongoing encouragement to help individuals achieve successfully living on their own. We’re also available to provide on call emergency support services 24 hours a day in the event of an medical emergency.
